At present we have 3 plants, which are general casting and machining, precision casting and machining,and large scale casting and machining.

Plant No.1 General casting and machining plant

It mainly produces general castings, covering an area of 13200m². It has two sodium silicate casting production lines and one heat treatment workshop. It mainly produces carbon steel, alloy steel and other general castings, with an annual output of 2,000 tons.

Plant No.2 Precision casting and machining plant

It mainly produces HIGH-precision stainless steel castings, covering an area of 26,400M2, which was put into operation in 2004, with investment casting workshop, machining workshop and casting post-treatment workshop. The casting workshop now has two silica sol casting production lines, the main processes are completed on the constant temperature production line, mainly to produce high precision stainless steel castings, the annual output of 300 tons of castings. The machining workshop has 20 CNC lathes, 10 common lathes, 18 CNC milling machines, drilling, milling and other common machine tools, which can be used for machining castings, moulds and external products of our factory. The CASTING post-processing workshop now has 1 electric polishing production line, 2 mirror polishing production lines, and several large tonnage punch machines, which can conduct deep machining of various casting surface according to different needs of customers.

Plant No.3 Large scale casting and machining plant

It mainly produces large castings, covering an area of 43290m2, including four workshops of comprehensive office building, special casting steel, large-scale processing, heat treatment and large-scale assembly. The special steel casting workshop was put into operation in April 2010, including one sand casting and one lost mold casting production line, with an annual output of 5,000 tons of special steel castings. The existing large processing workshop Longmen processing center, automatic boring machine, radial drilling machine, CNC lathe, vertical lathe and other 20 sets of equipment; A large assembly plant has been built and equipment is on order.
